I’m thinking if I had one word to describe you right at this very moment it would be Confubusivated (confused, busy and unmotivated)
But if there was one word to describe your current situation it would be Stuck.
Whether you just need that motivation to get those darn workouts in or that plan of action for the guilt-free meals that aren’t going to pack on the pounds, you’re in the right place.

HERE IS WHAT I BELIEVE
I believe you deserve to put yourself first (at least your health for goodness sakes)
I believe you have a strong desire to get through the day without obsessing if you’ve eaten the right foods, or guilty for eating the wrong foods
I believe you are 100% ready to move forward and finally get strong, lean and get results.
So… basically this is what I’m thinking. You need a solid structure and a plan of action to take you through the day with the right nutrition, some motivation and that kick in the pants to get that 30 minute fat-burning workout in, and the inspiration from other ladies to connect with.

Here’s my story… in a nutshell
I’m OBSESSED with helping women feel good about themselves. I absolutely love, love, love when I get testimonials from ladies like this…
What I didn’t know would be my passion started back in 1996 in Conway, SC. I was a mom of two youngins and started a personal training business on the side. I felt very connected to women and their fitness success. However, nutrition was my fail.
Back then I had no clue what healthy eating was. Heck, I would grab a snickers before teaching high impact aerobics and was addicted to jalapeno poppers!
Until one day I found myself being told after blood work that I needed to get to the hospital ASAP! It was not until then that I started to really research proper nutrition and what it can do for the body.
Heck, I look back at old pictures of myself. I look pale and tired. Yea, I was thin, but too thin. Not healthy at all and absolutely no energy to chase around my young children.
That was the time I decided I needed to make the change. I read everything nutrition I could get my hands on while taking some holistic nutrition courses toward my Master’s Degree as well as Nutrition Coaching classes.
MY OWN FITNESS AND HEALTH JOURNEY RAPIDLY BECAME MY OBSESSION
Between my HUGE entrepreneurial desire and my enormous passion for helping other ladies and my ridiculous excitement I get when they get results, I decided owning my own fitness/nutrition coaching business would be a perfect fit.
And so that’s how Fit Chicks UNITED began.
Within three years of launching my ladies only fitness and nutrition program, we’ve quadrupled in numbers.
And now I want to help you, too.
Through our online accountability challenge group, guilt-free meal plan recipes, fat burning home workouts and solid support and continued motivation, I’ve helped hundreds of ladies lose the unwanted, stubborn weight and feel fantastic about themselves.
